The heart of our service delivery process is the Compu Gurus Helpdesk. Call Management is fundamental for any service organisation and we strongly believe effective communication and logging enables us to provide a high level of service.
The Helpdesk provides first line technical support for multiple call types including Servers, Network and Desktop related issues. Our aim is to resolve issues immediately over the phone using secure remote connectivity and control technology. If on-site technical support is required, engineers will be dispatched with the relevant call history to enable a prompt resolution.
Our helpdesk is contactable by phone or email, Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 17:30. We operate a 24×7 out of hour’s service, at an additional cost, for those customers who require it.
As a guide, we initially set all support agreements on a standard set of SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) to clearly define what you can expect from our support services and then tailor for your particular needs and requirements.
